| Research Project | You will have over one week to conduct your research. NOTE: THIS IS DUE ON THE THURSDAY AFTER THANKSGIVING BREAK. **the due date has been moved out by 4 days. However, please be sure that you have planned out your research in detail (find the articles, choose whom you will interview, write the questions) by Monday, December 1st. Let me clarify this project for students: You will be assigned an academic paper. The topic of your paper will be the "question" that you have selected for yourself. The idea of the RESEARCH PROJECT is so that you can gain opinions and insights into your question outside of your own insights and opinions. These opinions may come from an interview you conduct or from a professional journal that you choose to read. Most proposals were more ambitious than necessary. Your research should be something you can summarize to the teacher in one typed page. You will then use this research as a resource when writing your academic paper. I hope this helps! | 12/01/08 and 12/04/08 |
